Torviscas Management Services

As is suggested by the company name, we manage apartments based in the Torviscas area of Costa Adeje on behalf of an individual owner.

Many apartment owners have chosen to use Torviscas Management Services to look after their holiday home in the sun. We provide a cleaning and maintenance service, as well as a key holding/collection service for owners and any friends or guests they may send to use their apartment.

Our cleaning service is flexible and we can adapt to any request an owner may have. Our basic normal package involves the cleaning and laundering of sheets and towels at the end of each guests stay in order to prepare ready for the next guest. We can also offer additional towel and linen changes during the course of a stay. Our prices for this service are available on request.

Our maintenance service ensures that your apartment will always be kept in tip top condition. We offer a service from the most basic (such as replacing a light bulb!) to the more ambitious such as replacement bathrooms and kitchens. Again our prices for this service are available on request.

Our office is open every weekday from 09.30 until 17.00 and on Saturday mornings from 09.30 until 12.30.

We offer a good reliable trustworthy service and have been established on the island for nearly 20 years. All of our staff are fully legal.
